I’m Kris Boatwright and I’m a Service Department cashier and receptionist at Toyota of Des Moines.
I started working here in September of 2006. I’ve been married to the same wonderful man for 30 years, have two amazing sons, and a beautiful one-year-old grandson. After 12 years of working at a small, friendly, neighborhood auto repair shop, I thought it might be rather intimidating to work at a large dealership. Boy, was I wrong! I was warmly welcomed into the “Toyota Family,” and I soon began to realize what a privilege it was to be a part of this extraordinary group of people! These are some of the most hard-working people I’ve ever met, but they always take the time to show their customers and co-workers how much they truly care. There is such a positive and friendly attitude here, and it is contagious!
